Receiving/Pallet Creation
S2K Warehouse supports receiving by Purchase Order or Container, with manual or RF posting of the receipt. Using the RF Pallet Creation program, the system can automatically assign a pallet number and print a pallet license plate for easy tracking of the pallet movement throughout the entire warehouse.
Product Movement
S2K Warehouse's product movement program will automatically create move tickets for received items and for bin replenishment based on picking lane requirements and bulk stock merges.
Order Management
S2K Warehouse's Order Manager screen allows warehouse managers to view and select sales orders and warehouse transfer orders for individual or wave picking based on a myriad of sort criteria. |

Picking
S2K Warehouse supports paper based or RF picking where the Order Manager program will generate a pick ticket that will display the items based on Area, Zone, Path and Bin sequence.
Order Verification
S2K Warehouse Order Verification allows the user to verify the items that have been picked against the customer order. Upon scanning each item, the system will verify that the correct item and quantity was picked for the order.
Warehouse Transfers
Warehouse transfers can be automatically or manually created for both inter-location and inter-company transfers.
Cycle and Physical Counting
Cycle and Physical Counting programs provide management with efficient tools to control and gauge the accuracy of current inventory records that are maintained in the locator system. Automatic cycle counting takes place continuously based on the cycle class code assigned in the item master file.
Performance Reporting
S2K Warehouse tracks all warehouse activity by user, station, date, time, task, item, quantity, and pounds, providing objective performance monitoring, as well as analysis and reporting of labor activity. With accurate performance data, you can better allocate resources to increase productivity—not your workforce— and reduce your overall labor costs.
Shipping Integration
S2K Warehouse provides complete shipping integration to carrier-supplied shipping systems through Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) to import and export data between applications. In addition, standard interfaces to multi-carrier transportation management systems can help you manage all your parcel and freight shipment requirements.
