The Traditional business model environment is available when you want to manage your own servers, system software, application software and high speed internet connections for WEB Order Management at your facility. BCS launched its SaaS model (Software as a Service) in 2001 to manage your servers, system software, application software, backups and networking in a fully managed data center. This new trend, SaaS, is sweeping the technology industry with its numerous benefits such as low technological risk, minimal technology staffing and reduced costs for world-class applications. SaaS allows you the ability to focus on your core business environment and leave the technology headaches and worries of networking and hardware maintenance to BCS through Service Level Agreements and guarantees to you.

eBusiness

When you're ready to launch your eBusiness plans over the Internet, you'll be able to utilize Freedom Series/ec21with BCS’s companion web product, Web Commerce. Web Commerce seamlessly integrates with Freedom Series/ec21 in a real-time mode over the Internet and allows you and your customers the freedom to view your electronic catalog, process sales orders, access account statements, order status, item history overviews, account team info, etc, and view customer service functions 24 hours a day/7 days per week.

Customization

Out of the box, Freedom Series/ec21, meets or exceeds 90% of the requirement of most wholesale distributors. However, each distributor is unique and has its own specific requirements. Our software is fully customizable to match a company’s personality. All of the personality setup is done during the initial implementation by setting common defaults but some will require additional services. Butler Commerce Solutions staff helps your team complete the integration and provides you with a working solution. As you advance your working knowledge of the product you may want to expand your use and or enhance the solution. In those cases, BCS is available to help you customize your solution.

Collaborative Development

During that customization some features requested by clients are deemed beneficial to our entire client base. We also work with individual clients who request specific module development or an enhancement and meet that need through co-development.
